These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of scaleupthegame.com and any purchase you make from Scale Up The Game (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and pricing
All prices are in Canadian dollars. We make every effort to show accurate product details, images and prices, but errors can happen. We reserve the right to correct any error and to cancel an order placed at an incorrect price. Sale prices and bundles are available while supplies last and may change without notice.
Orders
Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if an item is out of stock or an order appears fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, we will return your payment.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Shipping
We currently ship within Canada only, using Canada Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer. Delivery dates provided by Canada Post are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once your parcel is handed to Canada Post.
Refunds and returns
All sales are final. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for details, including what to do if an item arrives damaged.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the Scale Up! name, logo, game design, text and images, belongs to Scale Up The Game and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
Privacy
Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it is posted.
