All sales are final
Because Scale Up! is a boxed board game sold at holiday prices, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges, including for change of mind or orders placed by mistake. Please review your cart, quantities and shipping address carefully before you complete checkout.
Order cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is complete.
Damaged or missing items
If your game arrives damaged or a component is missing, email info@scaleupthegame.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the box and the issue. After review, we may, at our sole discretion, send a replacement game or component. We do not issue cash refunds.
Lost or delayed parcels
Once your order is handed to Canada Post, delivery times are set by Canada Post and are not guaranteed by us. We will share your tracking number and help follow up with Canada Post if a parcel appears lost. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Incorrect address
We ship to the address entered at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
